Banu's Bagel Salad

I used to be obsessed with this one coffee shop because when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the kid asked "tofu cream cheese or regular?" In retrospect, I think he recognized me, but at the time, I was pretty psyched. Anyways, this is based on a bagel, kind of.

• 4 slices Tofurkey, sliced
• 1 cup sprouts
• 1 large tomato or 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
• 1 carrot, peeled and sliced or shredded
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds

dressing:

• 2 tbsp Tofutti better than cream cheese
• 2 tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
• 2 sundried tomatoes, chopped (none compare to the ones from the co-op)
  
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• dash sea salt (don't settle for Morton's) (add a little more if the tomatoes aren't from the co-op)
• dash cayenne pepper
• dash red pepper
• 1 tbsp water
