Ginger Peanut Cookies

We never made these from a recipe. So all quantities may be imprecise. However, if you put all these ingredients together with our general guidelines and some adventure, they will taste great every time. Improvisation is a good thing.

About 1/2 stick of soy margarine or canola margarine
About 1/4 cup Canola oil
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Brown Rice Syrup
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
A shake/dash of cinnamon (or more)
Pinch of salt, pinch of ginger powder and flour.

About 1 1/2 - 2 cups. Add slowly until it matches your ideal of what cookie batter should look like. Then bake em' and enjoy!
