LIVE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Ingredients:
- 3 Hass avocados (2 cups mashed)
- 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons raw almond butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg or cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring such as mint, cherry, orange, almond,
hazelnut, or coffee (optional)
Directions:
- Puree all ingredients in food processor 3 to 4 minutes, or until
smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally.
- Or mash avocado and stir in other ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer to bowls, and serve immediately.
