Marinated Goji Berries

A simple yet delicious side dish.

Ingredients

  • Goji Berries
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Rice Vinegar

Method

Place desired amount of Goji berries in equal parts soy sauce and brown rice vinegar. There should be enough liquid to cover the berries. The berries are ready to eat after soaking for 30 - 45 minutes. For extra convenience make in larger batches and store, soaking in the liquid, in the refrigerator ready to eat anytime.
