Non-traditional shift coordinator

  • Tasks:
  • Scheduling members for non-traditional shifts
  • Receiving member information from other parts of membership working group (New member registrations, traditional shift coordinator)
  • Liaison with every working group to make sure that the current definitions and requirements of non-traditional shifts are meeting the stores needs.
  • Creating a structure such that certain non-traditional shifts are reviewed.
  • Time requirements:
  • 2.5 hour/week
  • Software knowledge requirements:
  • Organized email skills.
  • Other useful skills & knowledge:
  • Basic familiarity with the shift requirements you are supervising is helpful. This shift is most likely (but not absolutely) suitable for someone who has spent several months working in a traditional shift, so as to better understand the needs that the non-traditional shifts are filling.
