Pricing and Signage, Bulk Goods (Stop-gap measure, Currently Filled)

Tasks:
Once a week...
1.) Digitally updates and prints register price list based on
hand-written corrections on current list.
Notes:
-This is not ideal. All prices are NOT getting hand-corrected on the
printed list. The shift below may be a better solution...

Pricing and Signage, Bulk Goods (VACANT)

Tasks:
Several times a week...
1.) Collects dry goods order data from co-op website and/or emails
from dry goods ordering.
2.) Digitally creates* and prints bin labels for new items or items
whose price has changed.
3.) Digitally updates* and prints register price list.
4.) Prints and delivers new labels and list to co-op the night before
or the morning of a delivery.
*Templates exist to speed up the layout process.
Software knowledge requirements:
Excel or other spreadsheet program. (Current label templates are in Excel)
Other skills & knowledge:
Easy access to computer and email. Printer access.
Time flexibility for last minute invoices. Ability to come by the
co-op several times a week. The co-op computer may be used for these
tasks but it is un-reliable at the moment. Must allow time for
printer malfunctions, etc.
Notes:
This is a new shift and will require a phase of figuring-out a
routine. May need to find compromise with dry goods to make data more
accessible.
Time requirements:
TBD-this may be a double shift
