Vegan Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cake of tofu
- 2 tablespoons of raw cashews
- 1 teaspoon brown rice syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 2-3 Tablespoons of water
blend to a cream cheese consistency
