Vegan Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 cake of tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cashews
  • 1 teaspoon brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of water

blend to a cream cheese consistency
