ROTATE STOCK and CHECK EXPIRATION DATES

Sandwiches, salads and other prepared, ready-to-eat foods are taxable. Spreads, baked tofu, seitan, and other ingredients are not.

FRESH TOFU

Bulk tofu price is 1.96/lb. Attach note to bucket saying to return empty pail to Fresh Tofu for $5. Goes in cooler.
