Closing the gates

PLEASE NOTE:
KEEP LOCKS OPEN EXCEPT WHEN LOCKING GATES

Use the 3 locks & pins in the wire basket,
on the radiator by the front door.

These are always left unlocked.

If they are locked, open them with the
emergency set kept @ Fab Cafe
(75 East 4th Street).

You should not need keys for closing.

Use the gate hook (usually on the coat rack) to... ...lower the door gate 1/2 way.
...lower the large gate completely.
Go back inside & return the gate hook to the coat rack.
Bring in the sign, cover the veggies, turn off the lights, etc..

Pull the door gate down completely.
Insert a pin on the right hand side (when facing the store).
You may have to wiggle the pin around,
and push up or down on the gate to make it fit.
The left side of the door does not need a lock.

Use a lock to secure the inserted pin.

Use the remaining two locks on the large gate
