Credit/Debit:
We take Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and Discover.

We do not take American Express.

Suggested minimum for credit/debit purchases is $10.
There are 4 basic steps to processing cards:
- Ring items at register (including discount, if any)
- Process card at terminal
- Record payment at register
- File receipt.
1) Ring items

2) Process card:
Make sure phone line is free.
Swipe card at terminal

select "credit" or "debit"
Enter sale amount
enter (green key)
If debit, shopper enters PIN on customer keypad
Screen should say "dialing..receiving" etc. store copy of the receipt will print
terminal beeps: "Print Customer Copy?"

choose Y or N

If CREDIT, make sure the shopper signs the merchant receipt.
3) Record Payment
Back at the register, enter amount paid

credit/debit
Make sure receipt says "approved" & file store copy.
