Who Can Shop/ Getting A Discount/ /IOUs

Members must show their card or temporary receipt of dues paid to get a discount.

We accept checks from members only.

We do not accept American Express, or bills larger than $20.

No IOUs, even among working members.

EBT Use

EBT stands for Electronic Benefits Transfer (aka Food Stamps, aka SNAP.)

There is no minimum on EBT purchases.

EBT cards cannot be used to pay for non-food items, like canteens or soap, but EBT shoppers still get their discount when paying cash for taxable items.

When EBT Cards are used for water or taxable food, we must waive the tax, using the FS Subtotal key.
