MAKING SIGNS

CG Group wants to help!

• Make requests using this link.
• For immediate in-store needs, use this template, it should work on the main computer, but note your file can't be saved. For permanent signs use the request form above.
• We now have some standard signs that can be used in produce and other areas (Sorry, out of stock; New!; discount tags). The laminated yellow discount tags are designed to slide into the produce sleeves and cover the old price.
• Use Blu Tac, not tape (found near the tape) to adhere signs onto plastic bins. A small amount goes a long way. Blue tac is reusable and should be saved when sign is removed and put back in its container under the register (use a little existing blu tac to pull it off into a ball with fingers to remove). Blu Tac doesn't work well with plain paper for long term labels, though it works ok with laminated labels.
• If the tag is laminated please use dry erase marker to update info. Please don't use permanent ink on laminated signs or jars.
• There is no reason for anyone to take a pen, paper, and tape and put up a price. The price gun should be the default always and then it will be replaced weekly by C/G. Bulk prices are migrating to google docs, those should be updated there. The dried fruit bins on the west wall can be updated with the price gun over the old price and will be updated with the label maker by CGO group.
• Our goal is to minimize sticky residue where possible, as it is very difficult to remove tape residue from plastic. Aggressive cleaning can destroy the plastic. (JW 04.07.12)
